Getting Involved
Customer involvement ranges from a five minute telephone call to
attending regular meetings. It can be a one-off or involvement on a
regular basis. This could mean just being kept informed or
attending consultation sessions and focus groups on proposed
changes. If customers wish, this could also lead to being
involved in making decisions about our services.
By getting involved customers can:
- Give us their views on the services they receive
- Help us provide better quality customer-focused
services
- Be involved in housing decisions that affect them
- Develop their knowledge and skills through training and
support
- Help to develop sustainable communities
