Customer Involvement Team
The Customer Involvement Team Mission Statement is: To
enable our customers to help us shape and develop the services we
provide and to play an active role in their communities.
We intend to do this by working with our residents, whether a
tenant, leaseholder, or a home owner on our estates. We will
provide customers with a variety of opportunities to influence and
improve the services that we provide, at a level and at a pace that
suits them.

- Do you want help to set up and run a Tenants’ and
Residents’ group?
