Thank you to all our customers for their support, understanding, and patience during this week's severe weather.
Our repairs team will be working late into the evening and over the weekend, with central heating and hot water repairs as a priority. We have had almost 600 new high priority reports for heating and hot water alone over two days, and our engineers have fought through extreme weather and heavy traffic to reach our tenants as quickly as possible. Our contact centre have answered over 1,300 repairs calls since yesterday morning. We have all available plumbers, gas servicing engineers, and central heating engineers dealing with these emergencies. We are prioritising our vulnerable and elderly tenants, and families with young children.
Our emergency repairs line operates 24/7 on freephone 0800 027 7769. Unless your call is an emergency, we would be most grateful if you can avoid calling so that we can keep lines available for emergency calls. Non-urgent repairs can be reported by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or by the and non-urgent general enquiries on email@example.com - our team will respond to these non-urgent enquiries as soon as they can next week.
