Examples of work carried out by RBH LSET on
tenancy enforcement includes:-
- Tenancy Conditions review to ensure they were
up to date with current legislation and RMBC policy
- Obtaining anti-social behaviour orders and
injunctions
- Providing legal advice on remedies for
anti-social behaviour including Acceptable behaviour Contracts
- Advice and negotiation on Family Intervention
tenancies;
- Providing advice on reviews of decisions to
terminate secure and introductory tenancies; and
- Advising on the Housing and Regeneration Act
and, in particular, the implications as to tolerated
trespassers.
