Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over
- Candidates must be the named tenant in a tenancy agreement with RBH, a named leaseholder, or the spouse, partner or family member of a tenant living as part of the tenant's household.
- Candidates must not have been convicted of any offence involving deception or dishonesty, unless the conviction is legally regarded as spent.
- Candidates must not bring the society into disrepute.
- Candidates must not be in significant or increasing rent arrears.
- Candidates must not be subject to court action instigated by RBH in relation to breaches of tenancy.
- Candidates must not have a history of anti-social behaviour or subject to an ongoing investigation regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Candidates must not have been removed from the Representative Body.
- In addition, RBH employees are not eligible to become Customer Services Committee members.
