It’s quite simple – we need to know what you think of the services we offer and how we deliver them. If you think we’re doing well at something, we need to know so we can keep doing it. If you think we’re not good enough, we need to know so that we can improve. By working TOGETHER, we will strive to become the best that we can be!

If you are passionate about your home and community, why not have your say? We will use all feedback and input to improve our services and make changes based on our customers’ views.

How much time does it take?
It can take as much or as little time as you like. Happy to answer a quick survey? That may take 10 minutes. Want to get involved in the Service Review Panel? That could take around 6 hours over a 2/3 month period.
What’s in it for me?
We know your time is precious, so we promise to make your involvement worthwhile. By getting involved, you will have access to free training, experience, and the opportunity to develop new skills to enhance your CV. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet with like-minded tenants and employees from across the Society. You will also get the satisfaction of helping to improve RBH for the benefit of yourself and others.
What if I change my mind?
We understand that circumstances change, and it might become difficult for you to become involved in engagement exercises. We appreciate your time however much of it you can give us.

Together with Tenants Steering Group
Join our Together with Tenants steering group, to help shape RBH’s involvement opportunities and ensure that we are delivering on our Together with Tenants commitments.
Service Review Panel
Being involved with our service review panel will provide you with an opportunity to analyse our services and make recommendations to help us do things better!
KIS panel (Keep-It-Simple)
From letters and emails to webpage updates, we want to make sure that customers fully understand our communication. Join our KIS panel to review and proofread content to ensure they are relevant and make sense to customers.
Being involved with our complaints panel will give you an opportunity to review recent complaints and help us to learn from our mistakes when things go wrong.
Recruiting the right people who believe in our mutual values is important to us and we want to encourage tenants and employees to work with us when we’re recruiting to interview candidates.
We want to make sure we’re providing customers with the right support to access our services both online and offline. By joining our Digital Panel, you will be able to have a say on the way we use digital channels (website, MyRBH portal and social media channels) to communicate and provide services.
Policy Review Crew
Would you like to be involved in shaping the services that we provide to our customers? Our Policies and Procedures underpin the way services are run to ensure that we operate in an open and honest way. Being a Policy Reviewer ensures we have customer insight where we need it the most
Would you like RBH to deliver a consistently positive experience for all its customers? Help to improve our services by carrying out mystery shopping exercises across the business. Whether it is a call to the contact centre or a repair being carried out in your home, we want to know how well we are doing and where we could improve.
Join our community funding panel to help decide on the allocation of RBH Community Grants and the winners of RBH’s Values in Practice (VIP) Awards.
