  • In the heart of Kirkholt, this development was the biggest phase to date of our regeneration in the area. In addition to 16 apartments for affordable rent we also built a modern community hub which operates as a focal point for the residents of Kirkholt along with retail units for rent.
  • Within the Community Hub there are several facilities including a community hall, IT facilities, training kitchen, community cafe and a food pantry.
  • The apartments scored a 100% satisfaction rate in the ‘New Homes Satisfaction Survey’ completed by tenants and in 2019 the development won a Rochdale Design Award
