RBH is supporting our tenants into work by offering a limited IT digital equipment bursary and we’re proud to say we’ve already helped a number of tenants through this scheme. One such tenant is Haylay.
Haylay had built up lots of past experience in the retail and warehousing, but not worked for a while focusing instead on her family commitments. Now her 2 children are of school age, she’s ready to look at doing some further training and is hoping for a career as a teaching assistant within a secondary school setting where she feels her people skills and enthusiasm will be valued. She hopes this will fit well around family life and give her a career pathway allowing her to progress in her role. We hope accessing RBH’s IT bursary scheme will provide Haylay with the kit she needs to start training and take a step towards achieving her plans.
