A message from the Chair of the Representative Body, Chair of the Board, and Chief Executive.

Dear RBH Members, tenants, and employees,

As we reach Christmas and the end of the year, we want to take this opportunity to say thank you. This year has challenged all of us to the limits, and we should all be very proud of how we have responded and worked together to protect those in our communities who needed our support the most.

Over the past nine months, we have seen over and again the extraordinary spirit present within our communities. We have supported our families, our friends, our neighbours, and our colleagues - through challenges and grief as well as moments of joy. We have shown patience and understanding when things have not been able to proceed as we had planned. We have shown kindness, love, and support to those who have felt the impact of the pandemic. We have all had to adapt and do things differently. We have never been prouder to be part of our community and to be part of our mutual society. Thank you.

Over the past three weeks, we have announced the shortlists for our VIP awards, which will take place in January. Our nominees - tenants and employees alike - exemplify and reflect the resilience that we have all shown together throughout the year. They are ambassadors for the values that we share. Congratulations and good luck to all the nominees.
