We are committed to growing the local economy by offering people living in RBH households access to opportunities to upskill and develop through our Apprenticeship Programme.
What makes an RBH apprenticeship?
- We pay all our apprentices the Real Living Wage
- RBH offer a range of attractive employee benefits
- Our apprenticeships are fully-funded and include a nationally-recognised qualification
- RBH apprentices receive ongoing mentoring, training, and support candidates getting the opportunity to make a real contribution to key parts of our business and to deliver front-line services to our customers.
As a mutual housing association, we’re keen to encourage RBH tenants of all ages and with diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply because we recognise and value what this can bring to our organisation.
Recruitment – 2021
We’re very excited to be able to recruit 6 new trade apprentices this summer. We’re looking for apprentice plasterers, joiners and electricians to join our Repairs team. Working alongside our qualified tradespeople in both tenanted and empty homes, you can expect that every day will be different.
Applications will open on Friday May 7th and close on 1st June.
If you’re looking for a different kind of role, keep your eyes out as our business apprenticeship programme will open again for applications in the autumn.
