Hopwood and Hardfield are located in the Heywood township of Rochdale. With approximately 250 homes, this area is predominantly made up of detached houses and one-bedroomed flats.

Heady Hill is located in the West of Heywood. The neighbourhood consists of approximately 230 homes. The majority of the homes in this area are made up of flats and houses with limited number of bungalows. 

Heady Hill is a 10-15 minute walk from Heywood Centre, and many bus routes direct to Rochdale and Bury. The closest train station is in Castleton which is two miles away from the area.

Heady Hill also benefits from:

  • An excellent Community Centre, based on Whalley Road – Heady Hill Community Centre.
