Madeleine joined the RBH Board in June 2023 and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee.  She is the Chief Operating Officer at Citizen Housing and is responsible for leading all operations and driving organisational transformation.   She has previously held Executive positions leading strategic asset management, development and all operational services.   Before moving into social housing, Madeleine worked in Advisory Services at PwC for 10 years, advising both housing associations and local government.  Before moving into the housing association sector over 10 years ago, she worked in Northern Ireland advising the Northern Ireland devolved government on the future of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.   After graduating from the University of Manchester, Madeleine began her early career in social housing on a government sponsored project in Rochdale implementing tenant participation in the management and regeneration of homes.
