The RBH Rules
Following a two month engagement period across the membership of the society and the wider customer base, a Special Members' Meeting on 2nd November 2023 saw a vote in favour of resolutions to change the RBH Rules to strengthen RBH’s governance. The revised RBH Rules have been registered by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and can be found below.
Responsibility, accountability, and liability for key matters including strategy and delivery of strategy sits now with the Board. There is also new scrutiny role for the Representative Body which will see it holding the Board and the Executive to account for delivery excellent services to our customers.
The Board, Executive and Representative Body will be working together to bring to life our mutual society and do some great things for the people who live in our homes.
