Tim joined the RBH Board in May 2023 and currently serves as Chair of the Customer Services Committee, as well as previously serving on the Audit and Risk Committee from May 2023 to November 2024. He brings over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, spanning development, investment, strategic asset management, and the management of in‑house repairs services.
In his role as Chief Investment Officer at Places for People, he oversees the strategic management of the organisation’s housing, commercial, and workplace portfolios, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experience, social impact, and sustainable financial performance. He also leads the PRS and wider investment portfolio, ensuring the organisation responds effectively to an evolving and complex operating environment. This includes addressing building and fire safety requirements, advancing carbon net‑zero ambitions, and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
More recently, Tim was appointed to the PfP Thrive Board, the organisation’s dedicated training academy.
