If something concerns you, whether it’s unsafe, unfair, or dishonest, you can speak to us in confidence. We will listen and take your concerns seriously. Whether you're concerned about a customer, colleague or one of our partners, speaking up helps us become aware of issues so we can work towards resolving them.

Examples of concerns that may be raised include:

  • You are worried that a customer, child, or vulnerable adult living in an RBH property is not being treated properly.
  • You suspect fraud, bribery, tenancy fraud (such as giving false information to get a home, not living in the property, or subletting it without permission), or any other dishonest behaviour.
  • You notice unsafe working practices or see someone ignoring health and safety procedures.
  • You are concerned that RBH equipment, vehicles, or money are being wrongfully used.
  • You think a colleague or contractor is not following professional or legal requirements.
  • You are concerned that someone is being treated unfairly because of who they are, including their race, colour, religion, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, sex, or sexual orientation.
  • You are concerned that an RBH colleague or contractor is misusing drugs or alcohol at work.
  • You are concerned that something we do at RBH may be harming the environment, for example through pollution.
  • Instances or suspicions of modern-day slavery or human trafficking in any aspect of our business.
  • Attempts to conceal or hide any information relating to the above.

Not sure if it’s serious? Don't be afraid to speak up when you see wrongdoing. You can email us at Speakup@rbh.org.uk  or use the form below to raise your concerns anonymously.
