Celebrating Kirkholt's golden years with music, dance, and workshops for all ages!
- Rhodes Ravine; Friday 13 June from 12 noon until 4pm. Free entry.
This one day mini-festival will be welcoming to residents of all ages with a focus on music, nature, and celebration.
- A parade to start the event at 12 noon
- Local performers
- Dance workshops
- A magical nature walk at Rhodes Ravine with art installations
- Big top style performance area with seating and a stage area
Part of the Age Friendly Project, supported by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).

- 12 noon until 12.45pm: opening performance
- 12.45 until 13.00: welcome and hello
- 13:30 until 14:00: community performances
- 13:30 until 14:30: flower making workshop
- 13.30 until 15:30: art installations open
- 14:00 until 14:30: bhangra dance workshop
- 14:30 until 15:00: community performances
- 14:30 until 15:00: "flower planting" art installation at Rhodes Ravine
- 15:00 until 15:30: compere performance
- 15:30 until 16:00: finale performance - bhangra meets DJ classics
