Our customer voice forums are a great opportunity for you to meet directly with the teams providing services to you. In January, you can come along and meet our Neighbourhoods Team. Our team are returning to "patch" working this year, which means you'll have a dedicated officer for your neighbourhood.
We're holding four events across the Borough, plus one online evening session.
- Rochdale area: Tuesday 13 January at Spotland Community Association (10am until 11.30am)
- Heywood area: Tuesday 13 January at Sandon House Community Centre (1pm until 2.30pm)
- Online session: Wednesday 14 January via Microsoft Teams (5.30pm until 7pm)
- Middleton area: Thursday 15 January, Lighthouse Project (10am until 11.30am)
- Pennines area: Thursday 15 January, 9 Stevenson Square, Smallbridge (1pm until 2.30pm)

About your Neighbourhood Housing Team
Your Neighbourhood Housing Officers are on hand to support you with your tenancy and offering advice and guidance on any housing management matters. This includes the allocation of homes in line with the Council and RBH's allocations policies, mutual exchanges, assignments and successions, or if you feel someone is not living in their home or a home is being occupied by someone else. You can also speak to our team if you want to report anti-social behaviour or if you have any safeguarding concerns.
