RBH offices will be closed for Christmas from 3pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 8am on Friday 2 January 2026.

Please don’t worry – in an emergency you can always call our emergency repairs line, which will operate throughout the festive period on Freephone 0800 027 7769.

Our online services are available throughout the festive period via the MyRBH portal. This website also contains further information which may be useful over the holidays for any other queries, including anti-social behaviour or tenancy questions.

You can continue to report non-urgent issues via MyRBH or to customer@rbh.org.uk and we will respond to these after the holidays.

We’d like to wish all our customers a very happy Christmas and all the best for the New Year.

Please note that due to the Christmas holidays, our December Rochdale drop-in will move from 25 December to 18 December, and our January Heywood drop-in will move from 1 January to 8 January.
