We’re excited to invite you to our next Customer Voice Forums. In October, we’ll be focusing on one of the services you’ve told us matters the most to you – our repairs service. Click here to register for one of the sessions.

  • Monday 13 October (1pm until 2.30pm): 9 Stevenson Square, Smallbridge
  • Tuesday 14 October (10am until 11.30am): Lighthouse Project, Middleton Shopping Centre
  • Wednesday 15 October (5.30pm until 7pm): online session (Zoom link to be sent to customers once they have registered)
  • Thursday 16 October (10am until 11.30am): Spotland Community Association, Rochdale
  • Thursday 16 October (1pm until 2.30pm): Sandon House Community Centre, Heywood

We’d like you to come along to talk with our Repairs Team about how we can improve our service. This is your chance to share your experiences and tell us what we do well and where we could get better. You’ll also be able to hear from our team about the things they’ve changed recently to help improve the service we provide to you.

Some of the things we’d like to talk about at these events include:

  • Our updated Repairs Policy and what this means for you – especially about the time it will take us to respond when you report a repair
  • The improvements we’ve made in the Repairs service over the past two years
  • Your feedback and ideas to help us improve even more

This is a great opportunity to learn more about:

  • How we prioritise urgent repairs and what counts as an urgent repair
  • How we keep you updated from when you report a repair until the work is complete
  • The quality of work carried out by the RBH Team and our contractors
  • How we support customers who may need additional help when repairs are carried out
  • How we can work together to get things right first time

By joining our events, you’ll be helping us improve the repairs service for you and all our customers.
