Your Neighbourhood Housing Officers are on hand to support you with your tenancy and offering advice and guidance on any housing management matters.
This includes the allocation of homes in line with the Council and RBH's allocations policies, mutual exchanges, assignments and successions, or if you feel someone is not living in their home or a home is being occupied by someone else.
