Simon Mellor is our Executive Director of Finance and Development.
Simon joined us in March 2024, after previously serving as Corporate Director for Finance, Investments, and Development at Hafod. He is an experienced Executive Director with a strong background within the housing sector that covers finance, treasury, development and regeneration.
