As a Colleague Representative, I want to be a voice for frontline colleagues while ensuring our customers remain at the heart of the decisions we make. I believe in asking questions, challenging constructively and looking at issues from different perspectives to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
I'm approachable, honest and not afraid to play devil's advocate when needed. I'm looking forward to working collaboratively, bringing fresh ideas and helping to make RBH an even better place for both colleagues and customers.
