I have been living in the community for approximately 6 years. I have developed a strong connection to the area and a genuine interest in its continued improvement. I am a friendly, approachable and caring person who believes that every resident deserves to be listened to, respected and treated fairly.
As a community representative, I am passionate about improving communication between residents, the housing association and its workers. I believe that clear communication, professionalism, reliability and accountability are essential to ensuring that residents receive a good standard of service and that concerns are addressed effectively.
I am calm, confident, determined and not afraid to speak up constructively when something needs to change. I am committed to working collaboratively with residents and the housing association to find practical solutions, strengthen relationships and help create a better living environment for everyone in our community.
