I currently work as the Data Governance and Data Quality Lead at RBH. My role gives me the opportunity to work with colleagues across different areas of the business, helping to improve our data management practices, provide assurance over the information we hold and support better decision-making across the organisation.
I am naturally inquisitive and enjoy understanding how things work, asking questions and finding ways to make things better. I am particularly interested in how we can continue to improve our services and customer experience, while also improving the experience of colleagues who are central to delivering those services and ensuring our customers receive the right level of support.
As a member of the Representative Body, I look forward to listening to and representing colleagues’ views, bringing different perspectives to discussions and contributing to RBH’s continued journey of improvement. I believe that by listening to colleagues and learning from their experiences, we can help shape an organisation where colleagues feel heard, supported and empowered to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mum to two girls. I enjoy spending time with my family, getting involved in my local community and making the most of opportunities to learn and grow.
