I’m a Health & Safety Coordinator at RBH, where I work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support a safe and positive working environment. My role has given me the opportunity to work with colleagues from different teams, listen to their concerns and help find practical solutions.
I became a member of the Rep Body because I wanted to use my experience working with colleagues to help ensure people’s voices are heard. I look forward to learning from both colleagues and customers, hearing different perspectives, and working with the Rep Body to make a positive difference at RBH.
