Lower Falinge has a proud history, a strong community spirit, and an exciting opportunity ahead. We are developing proposals for a major regeneration programme and are preparing to submit an Outline Planning Application that will help shape the future of the area for generations to come.

Before any decisions are made, we want to hear from the people who know Lower Falinge best – its residents, businesses, community groups, and stakeholders.
