Have your say and help us improve

Join us at the Strand Community Hub in Kirkholt on Tuesday 3 November for a brew and a biscuit and a chat about how we improve our services. We’re looking for some feedback on our policies. This is your opportunity to share your experiences, tell us what works well, and suggest changes.

  • In the morning (9.30am until 12 noon) we’re talking about policies that affect your tenancy. This includes how we manage your tenancy and how we let homes to you.
  • In the afternoon (1pm until 2.30pm) we’re talking about policies that keep your home safe and in good repair. This includes our repairs and maintenance policy, and how we’re able to get in touch with you to access your home.

You can attend the morning session, afternoon session, or both.
