To help us improve the services we deliver we’d like to hear your feedback on an area of work we know is important to you – repairs.
We are reviewing how we communicate with you after we’ve carried out a repair at your home, particularly when there have been delays, follow on work, or unclear next steps.
Our Representative Body have been looking at this, and we have organised a session to give customers the chance to comment on the things they have found during their Repairs Communication Scrutiny Review. We want you to tell us what works well, what doesn’t, and whether our communication is clear, timely and accessible.
Your views will help shape the final recommendations, highlight any gaps, and ensure the findings reflect real customer experiences. A short summary will be shared afterwards so you can see how your input influenced the final report.
