If you would like to express an interest in any of the homes you will need to be registered for rehousing at RBH - it’s quick and easy to do.
All our homes are advertised on our website on a weekly cycle from 2pm on Thursday to 2pm the following Wednesday and you can place an interest on up to three homes during each cycle.
If you need assistance, you can contact HomeChoice on Freephone 0800 027 7769.
Once we have received your application, it will be assessed for eligibility using the Rochdale Council Allocations Policy. We may need to contact you for further information or ask you to provide ID or evidences. If you have current or former tenancy arrears with a landlord or you have caused serious nuisance or anti-social behaviour, then you may be classed as ineligible for rehousing. We will write to you to inform you of your ineligibility but you will have a Right of Appeal.
RBH is committed to doing everything it can to support current and former members of the armed forces and their families. Please get in touch to discuss how we can help you.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a registration letter via email or in the post, which will provide you with your registration number and priority band. You can then start looking for suitable homes on the HomeChoice website.
