This is a final reminder that the "HomeChoice" allocations service and the homelessness service will return to Rochdale Borough Council this Friday, 1st April.

As previously communicated, all existing registrations and applications will automatically transfer, and this transfer will not affect your priority status.

RBH and Rochdale Borough Council are working closely together this week to make sure the transition runs smoothly. This may mean that over the next few days, it may take a little longer to answer your call if you need to contact us - thank you for your patience and understanding.

Applications for rehousing will reopen on Friday 1st April and bidding will reopen on Thursday 7th April - both via the new Rochdale Housing Solutions website.

From 1st April, your new contact details for rehousing services will be as follows:

The contact numbers and procedure for the homelessness service will remain unchanged - 0300 303 8548 during normal office hours and 0300 303 8875 for the out-of-hours service. From 1st April, the homelessness service will have a new email address: homelessness@rochdale.gov.uk.
