Hello,

I want to provide you with an update on RBH services during the coronavirus pandemic.

Our fundamental priority remains the health, safety, and wellbeing of our colleagues, our customers, and our communities. We will not rush into making any changes to our current service arrangements, and we will only make changes when we can be assured that it is safe to do so.

This afternoon, the Government have released further information and guidance, following the Prime Minister's statement on Sunday. We will be looking closely at this information to see what it means for the way we deliver our services.

However, it is important that we provide clarity and consistency for both RBH employees and RBH tenants, and for that reason I want to let you know that there will be no changes to RBH services or working arrangements this week. I will provide a further update on Friday.
