What is the EU Settlement Scheme?

The EU Settlement Scheme is a UK Home Office application process, that nearly all EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and their family members must complete to protect their future residence in the UK. The deadline for applications is 30 June 2021. If you do not apply before the deadline then you could become unlawfully resident in the UK.

Advice for customers

You can find out more and apply online at: https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families

It is better to apply as soon as you can to avoid missing the deadline. You may need to provide certain documents so you should allow time to obtain them. The application process is free.
