We're holding three events to get your feedback on our proposed Temporary Moves Policy. We would love to see you and get your views.
The sessions are:
- Middleton Lighthouse Project (Monday 27 July, 10am until 11.30am)
- The Strand Kirkholt (Tuesday 28 July, 12.30pm until 2pm)
- Online Session (Tuesday 28 July, 6pm until 7pm)
Our Temporary Moves Policy sets out what we'll do if we need to move a customer out of their home temporarily. This could be due to an emergency, such as a flood, or because we need to undertake some major improvement work to the house and it would not be suitable for our customer to stay while the work is carried out. It sets out how we'll find our customers a temporary place to live, what support we'll provide, and what happens when their home is ready to move back into.
We are holding these sessions because we want to make sure that we have got our policy right. If you'd like to attend, please use the registration form below. All customers are welcome, and we would particularly like to hear from customers who have had a temporary move in the past, or whose family members have had a temporary move. We want to hear from you about what we got right and what we could have done better.
For the online session, we'll send you the link to join once you have registered.
