An update from Gareth Swarbrick, RBH Chief Executive
In August I told you that we were leaving our small office space on the ground floor at Sandbrook House. As this was our official registered address, we need to write to all our tenants to let them know about the change. As from 22nd November 2021, any references in your tenancy agreement to this former address (Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale, OL11 1RY) should now be taken to refer to Unique Enterprise Centre, Belfield Road, Rochdale, OL16 2UP.
I also told you about some changes we are making to our office spaces for both tenants and employees, including the closure of St Alban’s House. This is about making sure that we provide the best possible service to you. We want to make sure that where RBH employees and tenants need to meet face-to-face in future, you can do this in a place that is safe and convenient for you - in our communities, closer to your home. If you know any spaces in your area that would enable us to do this, we’d love to hear about them. I want to say thank you to every tenant who got involved in our discussions over the summer - whether you voted in our Representative Body elections, completed our member or tenant survey, or joined us at our Annual Members' Meeting. All your feedback will help us shape our priorities for the three years ahead. There's still chance to have your say on our future priorities at our Let's Chat event on 30th November. Our elected tenant and employee Representatives will set these priorities when they approve our Corporate Strategy early in the new year.
