We're planning a new play area and new homes in Stansfield

Stansfield Plan

This consultation closed on 21st December 2021. Thank you to everyone who took part.

We are working with our design team to develop plans to build 24 new affordable homes together with a brand new play area, located on the land situated between Barnes Meadow and Howard Way in Stansfield. Our proposals will deliver brand new high quality shared ownership homes which are much needed in the Littleborough area. We’d love to hear your views about our plans.

We’re proud to be a mutual housing society. We’re owned by our tenants and employees and we help to make sure that our communities are great places to live and work.

We would like your views on the provision of play equipment for the planned new play area. We’d really appreciate it if you could take a few moments to complete our short survey. We want to make sure that our plans provide the type of play equipment the community would like to see.

We’d love to hear from you about our proposals. We will be running a consultation period from the 1st December to the 21st December, 2021. The community are invited to send any comments that they may have to development.team@rbh.org.uk by the closing date. Further information about the scheme is available by downloading the consultation flyer below.

If you would like to send your comments to us in writing please send them to Unique Enterprise Centre, Belfield Rd, Rochdale OL16 2UP and if you would like to speak to a member of the Development and Regeneration team by telephone please contact freephone 0800 027 7769 (option 7).

Once we have received all comments, we will review them and provide a response to all those who have contacted us. We will also update our website to include frequently asked questions. These will be available by the end of January 2022 - after which we will start to prepare our planning application.

Consultation Flyer

We are distributing this flyer to local residents in the area to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to comment on our proposals.
