If you would like to change or cancel your repair appointment you can do this on MyRBH at anytime.
How to reschedule a repair appointment
1. Simply login to MyRBH and go to 'My Repairs' Page
2. Find your reported repair and click 'Edit Repair' and click 'Reschedule Repair'
3. Choose new appointment day and time and click 'Book Timeslot'
