Larry joined the RBH Board in January 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of executive and non-executive experience across the housing sector. An accountant by profession, he served on the Executive Team at nearby Trafford Housing Trust from the Trust's creation in 2004 until May 2022 - including as Chief Executive from 2018.
Larry took up the role of Chief Executive of South Yorkshire Housing (SYHA) in March 2023. In June 2026, he become CEO of Housing and Communities for Places for People (PfP), ahead of the April 2027 merger between SYHA and PfP. He is also a member of the Audit Committee for Arawak Walton Housing Association.
