I have been working in social housing for over 30 years, beginning as a housing officer in a local council. I joined RBH in October 2023 as the Executive Director of Corporate Services, and in April 2026 I became the Executive Director of Customer and Community.
Growing up in social housing has made me appreciate the importance of a secure, safe, and warm home. I understand the difference it can make, which is why I chose a career in social housing. It's also the reason I continue to be passionate about the impact it can have.
Outside of work, I have two sons who are nearing adulthood. With more free time now, I have started attending more concerts and enjoying the music of my youth—mostly indie. I support Stockport County and often attend matches with my son.
