I have worked in the supply and service of critical services for over 12 years, mainly Gas, Electricity and Water for both residential and commercial customers. I have been in senior leadership roles during my career, yet I have also worn the shoes of front-line colleagues, which has allowed me to understand and see things from different perspectives.
I am new to Social Housing and I quickly realised this is my biggest strength as I can bring a completely different view to all relevant subjects discuss at meetings and I am genuinely motivated by the impact that ideas, plans and actions have on people that use or need a specific service.
As for me, well I was in the Manchester boys Choir as a boy, toured the country, recorded albums, and performed live. I’m a huge Batman fan and I only learnt to swim at the age of 34!
