Service Status

As we recover from delivering an emergency-only service in the early stages of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we're implementing a Repairs Service Status to let you know how we are handling your repairs.

The Repairs Service Status indicates the priority of the calls that we're currently able to resolve and our target time for completion. The Service Status is based on a number of factors, including the UK Government's Coronavirus Alert Level and local factors.

Our current Repairs Service Status is: GREEN 🟢

Our Service Status uses a traffic light system to inform you of the calls that we will be able to complete. For example, if the status is Green 🟢, we will be operating a normal repairs service. Should the status be Red 🔴, we will prioritise emergency calls such as those detailed below.
