To help us to provide a better service to you, our customers, we asked independent experts Ark Consultancy to look at our current service.
This week they've attended 11 separate sessions across the Borough to hear from our customers. We want to say thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to attend.

About the workshop sessions
We asked the independent experts at Ark Consultancy to speak to customers and residents this week. These sessions took place from Monday to Thursday this week, and from morning to evening.
We held two sessions in Rochdale, two in Middleton, one in Heywood, one in Littleborough, and one in Smallbridge. We also organised an evening online session and arranged transport for those who wanted to attend face-to-face but needed some support to get to a venue that was convenient for them.
The Ark team also attended existing groups to get their feedback, including a women's group at Spotland, the Men's Lab at Heady Hill, our Youth Club in Freehold, our over 50's group in Kirkholt, and our Extra Care Scheme, Hare Hill in Littleborough.
Ark Consultancy have spoken to just under 100 customers and residents in total - in addition to the responses to the survey. They have also spoken to RBH colleagues, Board Members, Representatives, and stakeholders.
