We are setting up a new Customer Engagement Panel to work with our People and Culture Team.
This new panel will get the views of customers about what it is like to work at RBH and how our colleagues work together with our customers. We also want customer views about how we can support our customers to get a job or learn new skills, how we recruit and advertise for new colleagues, and also about how we can improve our colleague volunteering scheme to support community groups in your area.
This group will meet at least every three months during the first year. The panel will make sure that we listen to the views of our customers about the way our People and Culture Team work. Training and support will be provided to make sure that panel members can do this.
We want to hear from customers who are passionate about improvement and are willing to share their views. We want to make sure that the panel has a broad range of views, experiences, and backgrounds.
