During the last few months, we have run a consultation called the Big Conversation, in which we asked how tenants and residents would like to get involved in improving the services at RBH. Over 1,400 people responded to a survey giving their views and we have used them to put together a new Engagement Strategy (plan). Join our Customer Engagement Lead and our Head of Customer Experience at one of our informal drop-in sessions to find out more.
