We are in the process of reviewing our Repairs Policy and we would really value your input!
We are running two Have Your Say sessions to review our existing policy. The first session will take place on Tuesday 23rd November 2021 from 5:30pm-7pm and the other one on Thursday 25th November 2021 from 10:30am-12pm. Both sessions will take place on Zoom.
Why not come along to meet managers of the Repairs service and have your say on the new Repairs Policy.

Please note, these sessions are intended to look at the Repairs policy, not to discuss individual repairs. If there is an issue you wish to raise relating to a repair that we cannot cover in the session, we can arrange for somebody to follow up with you at another time.
