Being a tenant and employee owned mutual makes us different. Our priorities are not drawn up behind closed doors in a back room, they are discussed openly with our tenants, our employees, and the wider community - this means that the final decisions rest with our elected tenant and employee representatives.
We're holding a big conversation about our priorities for the years ahead. These priorities will form our Corporate Strategy for 2022 to 2025 - what we do, how we do it, and what difference we want to make. The final decision on our priorities will be made by the elected tenants and employees on our Representative Body.
As part of this conversation, we've completed our annual survey of our tenant and employee members. We've also held a discussion session as part of our "festival of mutuality" in the run-up to our Annual Members' Meeting, and we'll continue the conversation over the coming months until our new strategy is approved by our Representatives in early 2022.
