We are very proud to celebrate seven years of being an accredited Living Wage Employer - we received our accreditation on 17th December 2013.
We pay all our employees - regardless of their age or role - at least the real Living Wage, and we're committed to encouraging our suppliers and our partners to do the same.
Since 2011, payment of the real Living Wage has increased wages across the UK by £1.3 billion, with £800m of that going to key workers. An extra £200m has been paid to workers during lockdown. Paying the Living Wage is important to us - it matches our ambition to ensure that we succeed together as we deliver our housing services and create great places to live and work. As a Living Wage employer, we bring our values of responsibility, caring, and equity to life.
