Thousands of tenants are now using MyRBH and as of this week, they can now access new features on their account, which includes:
- Updating contact details
- Viewing support tickets and enquiries
- Requesting updates on repairs and enquiries
We have been testing the features with sample groups of customers and colleagues over the last few months; capturing their feedback to make MyRBH more convenient and easier to use. In the coming months this will continue, as we plan to release even more new features, so watch this space, as we'll be looking for more tenants to get involved.
